I am currently working as the Director of a renowned Academic Institution named 'FlyingEagles Education' where my profile is to teach IB Mathematics(AA, AI HL and SL), IGCSE Math (Additional Math, International Math and Extended Math), AS and A Levels Math, Further Math, AP Math, SAT Math, ICSE Math, CBSE Math, ISC Math, to name a few. Teaching has always been my passion and I have completed 22 years in this field.

Working as an IB AI Moderator and Paper One Examiner for more than sixteen years helps me to make students understand the way of writing skills as per the markschemes. I am also an A Levels Examiner.

Having an in-depth knowledge of the subject, enables me to convey complex topics in an easy and accessible way which enables students to grasp the concepts clearly.

Having worked with two renowned schools, SelaQui International School and Unison World School, both situated in the foothills of Himalayas, Dehradun, has definitely helped me in shaping up my personality professionally. I had served in these two schools as Head of the Department (Mathematics) and Head International Curriculum(IGCSE and A Levels. These schools have sent me to various trainings and workshops conducted by IB and IGCSE.

Approach: My approach inside a classroom has always been student-centric, where students are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, apply mathematical skills to the new situations and understanding out of the box problems.

Technology Usage: Working, using a number of platforms, which range from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, to incorporating a number of multimedia resources, helps me to keep my students engaged.

Assessment : Teaching and assessment go hand-in-hand. After completion of every unit, I go for assessments, using a number of exam style questions and worksheets based on past paper questions, which help students to understand the markschemes appropriately.
