We also started looking at differentiation & optimisation in terms of classifying stationary points (Family 1, 2 &3). Iaan was AMAZING (as usual)! He really helped solidify my understanding of the last "section" of matrices and I am certain that with more practice (so kindly provided by Ian), I will be fully prepared for these types of questions in the exam. Going above and beyond, as always, Ian decided to touch on the foundations for our next session with the different families and helped give me a general overview and sense of direction for this upcoming content. I would be completely and utterly lost without Ian! His patience and incredible kindness was also clearly evident today, due to the connectivity struggles- however, Ian remained his incredible self and did not get irritated in the slightest. I remind myself after every lesson how lucky I am to have Ian by my side :) | ||
