And most importantly he makes maths interesting and engaging which is crucial. some of my classmates who have the attitude of do the bare minimum and get out are actually working and trying in maths now.He also lets people work at their own pace and makes sure people who are ahead don't have to stay sow down to fit the pace of the rest of he class. He sets homework , a reasonable amount if needed so students can actually practise the theory explained outside of the questions done in class, so the theory is better remembered. One of his abilities is to make everyone do the homework assigned. Some of my classmates who couldn't be bothered to do a 10m homework over the weekend , took time after school to do his 5 page homework over the week as they were actually interested. | ||
