Dr. Emad Mohammed
My medical journey began as a junior doctor in a tertiary care center. While I gained valuable experience, I sought a more dynamic environment to expand my skill set and knowledge. This led me to pursue a Master's in Clinical Pharmacology and join a training program in Emergency Medicine. These experiences instilled in me the importance of continuous learning, a broad perspective, and pursuing my passions.
Over the past eight years, I've embraced opportunities that allow me to practice medicine and share my knowledge. Currently, I work as a community physician promoting healthy living, and as a full-time medical educator at a medical school.
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe in focused, engaging sessions that prioritize key medical concepts and their practical applications. Recognizing the need for a holistic approach in medical education, I go beyond core knowledge to equip my students with the essential life, professional, moral, and personality development skills they need to thrive.
Current Role:
Assistant Professor, Department of Clinical Pharmacology - Dr. Patnam Mahender Reddy Institute of Health Sciences

My teaching responsibilities encompass interactive sessions on the effects of drugs, including drug dose calculations, administration techniques, rational prescribing practices, and bedside communication skills. Additionally, I contribute to the continuous professional development of physicians and consultants by facilitating sessions on the latest drug guideline updates.
Previous Experience (2015-2018):
Junior Resident, Bhaskar Medical College
During my tenure as a Junior Resident at Bhaskar Medical College from 2015 to 2018, I honed my teaching skills by instructing undergraduate medical students in clinical pharmacology.
