The tutor Mr Pradeep is greedy. He is not a reliable tutor. I booked him for 1 Hr lesson for reviewing IB chemistry IA. I sent to him one day earlier. But he did not read. He is weak in IT too. He spent 16 mins to overcome IT problems. then 16 mins later, he started to teach nonsence because he did not read the essay. Then he ended lesson 30 mins earlier and told my girl: he will read through and send back feedback after she wakes up this morning. However, he did not send back. He cheated me one hour lesson fees. Very bad experience. to sum up: 1. he ended lesson 30 mins early but charged me 1 hour. this 1 hr including 16 mins that he could not share screen properly . 2. He is bad in IT. i send him word document, he said he did not read because I did not send him google document. This is an excuse for not prepareing for lesson. 3. He ended lesson early and should asked me first. He informed my girl and gave empty promise. Today is the deadline. because he did not prepared lesson and coudl not help during lesson and after lesson, he did not send his feedback as he promised. it is very bad behaivor to charge me. I appeal to any other parents: do not book this tutor.
