About Me
I am a 19-year-old Medical student from Nigeria. I love singing(I am in my Church Choir), learning new material, teaching and watching movies. I would like to be a Professor of Medicine after I finish my Medical School and Surgical residency.
Tutor Experience
I have been a tutor for the past 7 years. In my high school back home in Nigeria, we had a place called the Learning Resource Center, where students and teachers volunteered to help other students who were struggling in certain aspects of the school. This was unpaid, volunteer work. I took part in this as a tutor for the last three years of high school before graduation. I came to the University of Debrecen to study medicine in September of 2016. It is a 7-year course( optional 1 year for pre-med which I did, and 6 years of medical school). I am currently in my 4th year of medical school, this means that I have completed my theoretical and pre-clinical classes and have a good knowledge of Anatomy, Histology, Physiology, Neuroanatomy, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biostatistics, Pathology, Clinical biochemistry, and Microbiology. We begin clinical practice from 4th year. I have been a tutor here since December 2016, where I get paid to teach students. My main areas of focus are Biostatistics, Medical Genetics, Immunology and Biochemistry.
I was a tutor at Chegg from August 2020 until the closing of the site in January 2021 with multiple positive reviews and zero negative reviews(100% recommended by students)
