About Me
My path to where I am now (doing a PhD in Earth sciences) has been interesting. I started studying geology, which led to obtaining a BSc in geology and two master's degrees in geology (mineral exploration) and petroleum geosciences.
I have worked as a geologist in the industry and lectured various geology/geophysics modules at the university. Currently, during my PhD, I am working as a research and teaching assistant. I help teach and organise lab sections for undergraduate and postgraduate students, mark lab practical sheets, assisting students in Geology/geophysics and any aspect of environmental sciences. I will like to use my experience and knowledge to help you open up your best sides in learning geoscience and environment-related studies.
I am honest, and my ultimate goal is for my tutee to achieve the required skills and knowledge, increasing their confidence and making them outstanding.
Tutor Experience
I have worked as a lecturer in geology for two years. I have taught students modules on Geophysics, Stratigraphy, Elementary survey, Paleobiology and Photogeology, and Mineralogy etc. I have taught both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Currently, during my PhD, I am working as a research and teaching assistant.
