About Me
Psychology has always fascinated me—understanding how people think, feel, and perform at their best is at the heart of everything I do. I hold a master’s degree in both sport and forensic psychology and have also published research in the forensic field. These studies have given me a broad perspective on the extremes of human behaviour, both the extreme good and the extreme bad.
Since my studies, I have started my own sport psychology consultation business, where I help athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform under pressure. This experience allows me to bring a real-world perspective to psychology tutoring, making theories more applicable and engaging.
My approach to tutoring is engaging, clear, and practical. I know from experience that psychology can sometimes feel overwhelming with its theories, research methods, and academic writing demands.
