About Me

I am a dedicated mathematician and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and four years of academic research at INSEAD, where I focused on management, entrepreneurship, and innovation through mathematical and data analysis techniques.

Teaching is my passion. I strive to make complex concepts accessible while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep appreciation for mathematics. My approach emphasizes engagement, collaboration, and real-world application.

I have taught a wide range of subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Data Analysis, with specialized expertise in Statistics and Financial Mathematics. I am highly skilled in standardized test preparation for the SAT and GMAT, with many of my students gaining admission to top universities like Harvard, MIT and LBS.

Currently, I teach Mathematics, Cryptography and Programming at School of Computer Engineering in Paris and Financial Mathematics at École de Management Appliqué. I am also the co-author of "Le guide stratégique du GMAT." Fluent in English, Croatian, and French, I tailor lessons to individual needs, guiding students to unlock the beauty and power of mathematics.

Known for my patience and commitment, I aim to show that mathematics is more than just numbers—it is a fascinating tool that opens doors to endless opportunities.

Tutor Experience

With over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and 20 years as a private tutor, I have taught a wide range of subjects, including Mathematics, Analytics, and Optimization. My experience spans undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as standardized test preparation.

Currently, I am a Professor of Financial Mathematics at School of Applied Management, Paris, where I teach in both French and English. My courses cover essential mathematical tools for financial analysis and risk management. I also develop and adapt course programs to align with academic standards and industry requirements.

Simultaneously, I teach at School of Computer Engineering in Paris, covering Mathematical Analysis, Linear Algebra, Logic, Combinatorics, Probability, and Graph Theory at the undergraduate level, as well as Cryptography at the master’s level, with a focus on Number Theory, Algebra, and Discrete Mathematics.

Previously, I worked as a Quantitative Teacher in Paris, where I specialized in GMAT, GRE, and SAT preparation. I successfully guided many students to top universities such as Harvard, MIT and Stanford.

I also taught IB Mathematics at American School of Paris, and assisted in coordinating SAT and ACT exams.

Before moving to France, I served as an Assistant Professor of Physics at College of Applied Computing in Zagreb, where I covered topics such as Mechanics, Waves, Optics, and Acoustics. I was also an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, teaching Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Differential Equations while incorporating Wolfram Mathematica and MATLAB into my courses.

Earlier in my career, I taught Mathematics and Computer Science at high schools in Zagreb, working with both gifted students and those with learning challenges.

My experience ranges from tutoring individuals to teaching large groups, always with the goal of making complex concepts accessible, fostering curiosity, and inspiring a deep appreciation for mathematics.
