• I researched and designed 2 Pre-M.B.A. M.O.O.C.s, in ‘Management Skills for International Business’ and ‘Professional Skills and Networking’.
• My responsibilities included; providing research sources/links, quizzes, case study assessments and filmed presentations and interviews
• To date over 70,000 global students have enrolled to successfully embrace these 2 M.O.O.C.s

Kaplan Open Learning (University of Essex on Line)
• I currently tutor the Core Skills and Employability, Business Finance, Business Planning,Financial Decision Making, Foundation Education Skills, Human Resource Management and Introduction to Finance Modules, typically working with cohorts of 10-25 students
• I guide participant studies, assess their assignments, offering evidence-based feedback, also facilitate their
Discussion Forums, where our learners offer and embrace peer learning
• For over 15 years I have consistently delivered student satisfaction levels exceeding 90%

I.C.S. Learn
• over 35 years’ experience, as a blended and distance learning tutor
• I prioritised inspiring student learning and engagement by offering detailed feedback and support via a range of delivery channels
• I delivered C.I.P.D. modules at Levels 3,5 and 7 also A Level Economics
• I facilitated weekend workshops and monthly on-line C.I.P.D. classes at Levels 3,5 and 7
