About Me
Hello, thank you for considering me!
My name is Jose, and I have been tutoring for the last 7 years, which has been long enough to discover that I really enjoy teaching. I believe the best way to help you is by getting to know how you think, working together from that perspective until you fully understand all the core concept in your modules: there's no learning without understanding.
Other than tutoring (and maths), I enjoy practicing Judo and binge-watching some Netflix shows; and I am always happy to help, so feel free to contact me :)
Tutor Experience
I have been tutoring and teaching for the last 7 years, both privately and as an employee in schools, universities and private companies.
Having completed the IB Diploma myself, and tutoring several students over the years, I have a vast experience with IB and equivalent math and physics mentoring.
I was part of the peer-tutor programme at Imperial College London, helping first and second year math undergraduates with their studies.
I have also worked with gifted primary students, devising and implementing a math summer programme in which the main goal was to make maths enjoyable for them.
