As a dedicated educator and PhD candidate in Asia-Pacific Studies at National Chengchi University, Taiwan, I am deeply passionate about exploring and teaching International Relations and Security Studies. With degrees in Strategic and Security Studies, International Relations, and European Studies, alongside several peer-reviewed publications, I bring a rich, comprehensive academic foundation to my teaching. In the classroom, I employ a variety of interactive and student-centered teaching methods to foster an environment conducive to critical thinking and engaged learning. My goal is to not only impart knowledge but also to cultivate analytical skills and a deep, structured understanding of global affairs, preparing students to become the next generation of influential scholars and practitioners in their respective fields. Over the years, I have successfully helped students significantly improve their grades and pass crucial academic exams, such as their PhD qualifiers.
I possess a diverse and rich teaching background, having instructed students at various educational levels across multiple countries. My approach focuses on equipping students with the necessary tools for academic and professional success, making complex subjects accessible and engaging.
As a teaching assistant at the National Chengchi University, Taiwan, from 2020 to 2023, I supported MA courses such as 'Research Methods,' 'Maritime Security and Globalization,' and 'Taiwan and U.S.-China Relations.' I advised students on research design and methods for their mid- and final-term papers, resulting in notably improved term papers, and fostered an inclusive, multicultural learning environment.
Between 2016 and 2017, at the Eötvös Loránd University and the Eszterházy Károly Catholic University in Hungary, I delivered guest lectures on foreign policy strategies and EU foreign and security policy to MA and BSc students, emphasizing critical analysis and contextual understanding of specific events in international politics.
In 2022, I led 12 seminars on 'International Relations in the Asia-Pacific region' for PhD students, effectively combining theory with practice to prepare them for their Qualifying Exams, which they all passed.
From 2013 to 2015, at the Hungarian Euro-Atlantic Summer University, I taught seminars on various topics of international security to a diverse group of students and practitioners, consistently receiving positive feedback for my dynamic teaching approach and the clarity of content delivery.
In 2018, at Engame Academy in Hungary, I significantly enhanced students' understanding of International Relations through an introductory course in their college preparatory program, reflected in an outstanding student rating of 8.8 out of 10.
Additionally, over the years, I have published several peer-reviewed policy analyses and journal articles and participated in international research projects in the fields of International Security and International Relations. As a result, I have gained considerable experience in planning and carrying out research projects.
