About Me
I'm a qualified actuary (FIA, 2018) with 13 years of experience.
I've worked across pensions, general insurance, and reinsurance, and in that time, have used most of the techniques taught in the exams in a real setting. I can help give context and background to students for why we need these techniques.
I've been an exam marker for CS2 (Risk Modelling and Survival Analysis) for the IFoA, which gave me direct insight into what examiners are looking for in answers. I've also been a guest lecturer at Bayes Business School, teaching pricing and underwriting to postgraduate students.
