Online Chemistry Tutor Sian

As well as 30 years in the classroom working in selective UK grammar schools and top international schools overseas (as both Head of Science and Head of Chemistry), I have been tutoring online since 2020. I mainly specialise in tutoring students who require top grades for university courses such as Medicine, Vet Med and Dentistry in the UK and the US. This includes Oxbridge and Ivy League colleges. Over the years, I have taught 100s of students who have achieved the grades required for such courses and educational establishments. My main strengths are the ability to identity and address misconceptions in chemical concepts and then focus on developing a rigorous examination technique which includes training students to access the synoptic/application style questions that are required for an A* in A Level Chemistry and a 7 in HL IB.

I have expert knowledge in all areas of A Level Chemistry which stem from the length of time I have been teaching as well as my experience in the writing of published textbooks. I have a principal examiner for Pearson Edexcel and examiner for IB. I cover all papers at A Level for all examination boards.
