About Me
I am a qualified Science teacher with teaching experience in GCSE and A levels in International School for last 10 years. As a Biology and Chemistry teacher I have student teaching experience on the High and Senior Secondary level. I have enjoyed working with both the level of children and careful preparation of lessons allowed me to break down sometimes complicated concepts to simple examples that these students could grasp.
Tutor Experience
New to Spires, I am a professional Biology and Chemistry tutor currently based in London and has been teaching Biology and Chemistry to IB DP, A level, IGSCE and MYP students since 2014. As a tutor, I have taught several hundreds of hours, helping students in guiding through both Biology and Chemistry subjects. I have also helped students with their Internal assessments and Extended essays.
I have completed Category 3 workshop in Internal Assessment- Biology and Subject specific in Chemistry. My passion for teaching sciences brought me to complete a PGCE in International Education at the Keele University in Keele(UK). Before studying at Keele, I have graduated from the University of Rajasthan with a M.Sc. in Biotechnology. I have had successful teaching stints in different countries like India, Georgia and the UK in the past 10 years. Hence I am well acquainted with teaching students with diverse backgrounds and academic abilities.
