About Me
I have over 13 years of teaching experience in various teaching settings. I was a specialized Economics teacher in top-tier international schools in Shanghai, Seoul, and Chiang Mai. I also worked closely with students 1-to-1, providing personal guidance as their tutor.

IBDP Economics Teacher with 13 Years of Experience. From my years of teaching in the classroom and tutoring students from different levels, I noticed common challenges many students faced. They didn’t exactly know how to apply their economic understanding in writing required by the IB examination. Also, economic theories were too big and scary for students, and they didn’t know how to approach them. Perhaps, that’s why you’re looking for a tutor who can guide you through similar challenges.
IB Economics examination is all in writing that requires various writing techniques (analysis, application, evaluation) and comprehensive knowledge of the subject. I help students to understand economics by understanding the individual needs of the students. Economics doesn’t have to be hard. Upon recognizing what area of students’ weakness needs to be improved, many students’ grades improved gradually from persistent effort through practice, practice, and practice.
Once you’ve had enough practice with me, you will feel confident to tackle class examinations, IAs, and the upcoming IB Economics examination as if it's your second nature.
