About Me
I am currently employed as an Associate Lecturer with The Open University, supporting five modules in this role. On a part-time basis, I acts as a Research Associate with Ulster University, investigating the design of smart Service Level Agreements for the Internet of Things with BT. Since January 2020, I have been employed on a freelance basis with Kaplan Online Learning in association with the University of Essex Online, as a Tutor and Content Developer on the MSc Computer Science and MSc Cyber Security programmes, and currently tutors Secure Software Development with UoEO in addition to supervising several MSc dissertation projects.
Tutor Experience
I have experience in Computer Science tutoring, which includes distributed systems, software engineering, cyber security. I also teach degree apprentice students on project management and workplace learning. These teaching experiences have primarily taken place in an online capacity. I have also carried out research pedagogical on the optimum ways to support distance students.
