About Me
I combine a solid academic background, an international career in sales, marketing and general management and teaching and tutoring in several European countries.
After a Doctorate in Law at Vienna University and an MBA at INSEAD, I worked for several multinational companies (in Europe and the Middle East). Then set up my consulting business. In parallel I taught and tutored students in Marketing and Business Studies at institutions in Belgium and France (at undergraduate and graduate level). Later worked for eight years as Senior Lecturer Marketing at Wolverhampton University. Also obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. Taught and tutored undergraduate and graduate students as well as students for Levels 4, 6 and 7 CIM diplomas.
Since leaving Wolverhampton University I privately tutor students in Marketing and Business Studies. I also mentor Toastmasters members (a worldwide organisation originating in the US) in public speaking, communication and leadership.
Tutor Experience
• Taught Marketing and Marketing Strategy at undergraduate and graduate level at Boston University, Emerson College and United Business Institutes in Brussels.
• Guest lecturer in postgraduate Customer Relationship Management at Grenoble, Ecole de Management, one of only 1% in the world which holds the “Triple Crown” of international business school accreditations: EQUIS by the EFMD, AMBA and the AACSB
• At Wolverhampton Business School:
- Taught undergraduate and postgraduate marketing modules.
- Developed new models for Innovation, Entrepreneurship
- Strong involvement in income generation, consulting, Knowledge Transfer programs, coaching SME managers and directors and mentoring graduate students involved in these projects.
- Given my previous extensive corporate experience in general management and consulting, involved in student career advice.
- Taught and mentored students for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) at Levels 4 for the Professional Certificate, 6 Strategic Marketing and 7 the Marketing Leadership Program.
